DO YOUR SWEETS HAVE REAL ALCOHOL IN THEM?

Only, the cocktail gummies  contain real alcohol such as whiskey, ratafia (fortified wine) and prosecco paste. Our chocolates are alcohol-free. 

 

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE DOES NOT MATCH MY ORDER?

Ok, double check your order confirmation email first. If it doesn't match the shipment and is our mistake, we will gladly work with you to get you the correct order. Please be sure to contact us within the required 48 hour window upon receipt of your order at info@emiliesweets.co.za

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?

For the health and safety of our customers and staff, we do not accept returned sweets. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us by email at info@emiliesweets.co.za

 

I'M HAVING A SWEET BUFFET AT MY FUNCTION. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

All of our products have a shelf-life of at least 3-6 months, and bulk products are made to order, so we recommend placing bulk orders at least 2 weeks in advance to allow time for production and transit

WHEN AN ITEM SAYS OUT OF STOCK, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE IN STOCK?

To make sure our sweets stays as fresh as possible, we run out of inventory from time to time. When that happens, the arrival date of new sweets is dependent upon many factors, but the best option is to enter your email address into our inventory alert system. Then we will automatically email you as soon as the item is back in stock. Alternatively, you can check our instagram page for restock updates

 

ARE ALL OF YOUR SWEETS MADE IN SOUTH AFRICA?

Yes, all of our sweets are handmade in Durban, South Africa.
