Refund policy
For the health and safety of our customers and staff, we do not accept returned sweets. If you have an issue with your order, please contact Customer Care and we will respond during business hours Monday through Friday between 10:00am and 16:00pm.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at emiliewseets.sa@gmail.com. Our Customer Care will be available to resolve any issues Monday through Friday between 7:00am and 6:00pm
